Walk Through Kubo's

Dear friends of Kubo's Sushi Bar and Grill,

Walk Through Kubo's

Kubo's Sushi Bar and Grill and Spec's Liquors and Fine Foods gathered together to celebrate the land of Japan by hosting a phenomenal dining event for those who wish to share in our passion. On August 31st, 2010, over two dozen people from the greater Houston community gathered together to sample 5 course of traditional Japanese cuisine while sampling 5 delicious sakes, courtesy of Spec's Liquors and Fine Foods and Kubos!

Walk Through Kubo's

The attendees of our special celebration were welcomed by Pablo, representative of Spec's Liquors and Fine Foods. After Spec's welcomed everyone to the event, Executive Manager of Kubo's (Mr. Akira Asano) thanked everyone for attending as well.

March Specials!

As the event began, Executive Chef Kiyoka Ito and his staff were buzzing throughout the kitchen, ensuring the every course of the event was of the highest quality and value for the attendees.

One by one, the courses were provided to the guests. Each course better than the last. One of the guests were heard saying, 'I didn't truly understand Japanese food until tonight. This is extraordinary!'

Executive Manager of Kubo's, Mr. Akira Asano, visited every table to provide interesting insights into each course as flavor of the almost unlimited sake.

One of the evening's guests, Mr. Seth Waldman, proudly smiles for the camera with a bottle of Kubo's Signature Junmai Sake. Every attendee received their own personal bottle of Kubo's private label!

As the event was winding down, the entire restaurant was alive with conversation and smiles were obvious at everyone's table. Kubo's would like to thank Spec's Liquors and Fine Foods for greatly assisting our establishment in hosting a truly special celebration of the very finest of Japanese cuisine.
